Starting Operation for "Back Office" as I always keep in mind are that to construct the flexible system in case of growing up of the action range before beginning main operation, and to support building up the environment where business people can concentrate their main job. I have realized 2 things through 6 years of working experience at foreignaccounting firm. One, Experts as tax consultant use technical terms too much. I have not been good at memorize something so have always replaced technical terms to easy terms in my brain when I needed to understand. It is important for experts to understand technical terms accurately, but it is not constructive for customers who are not used to use accounting terms. Two, I have recognized the differences between Japanese culture and foreign culture. Variety of differences could happen in many ways like it is natural thinking in Japan but not in foreign countries. I have seen many of Japanese representatives who were in trouble by inquiries from foreign head quarters about Japanese common sense.
